Introducing:
Potters Bar and Villages Partnership

The Potters Bar Consortium

The Potters Bar and Villages Partnership is a group of 14 schools (including Dame Alice Owen's School) in Potters Bar and Rural Hatfield working together to improve out children's achievements and life chances. They help families by:

  • supporting parents providing access to activities outside school hours and in the school holidays
  • offering emotional support to children and young people in need
  • promoting training and parenting programmes for adults

School Family Support Worker service

Family Support Workers work with families identified by the partnership as needing additional help. They are experienced practitioners who can offer advice and support to schools and families. Requests for new case work are received from Headteachers in the Partnership or their appointed representatives in schools.

If you would like our Partnership Development Officer, Mrs Christine James, to send you information directly on any of the above please email her at jamesc@mountgrace.herts.sch.uk or ring her on 01707 647479.
