SECONDARY TRANSFER SEPTEMBER 2015

Monday 2nd March 2015 - Local Authorities will inform applicants which secondary school they have been allocated.


SECONDARY TRANSFER SEPTEMBER 2016 - EARLY NOTIFICATION OF ENTRANCE TEST DATES

Dates are provisionally arranged as follows:

Tuesday 1st September 2015  (Provisional Verbal Reasoning), Wednesday 2nd September 2015 (Provisional Musical Aptitude) and Saturday 5th September 2015 (Provisional English and Mathematics). 

We are giving as much notice as possible of our dates so that interested parents can ensure their child’s availability.  Children who are medically unfit on the test day (a medical certificate will be required) or have religious reasons for being unable to attend will be offered one further opportunity to attend.   

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE CHILDREN  WHOSE HOLIDAY COMMITMENTS CLASH WITH OUR TESTS OR FOR ANY OTHER REASONS THAN THOSE STATED ABOVE.

If you are interested in registering your child for our Entrance Examination and/or Musical Aptitude Tests for Secondary Transfer 2016 you should:-

  • Read our Admissions Arrangements for 2016/17  –these will be available to view on the school website from April 2015.
  • Ensure your Child’s permanent address is within one of the Local Priority Areas (detailed below). 
  • Ensure  your child is available for the dates of the tests – PROVISIONAL DATES INDICATED ABOVE.
  • Ensure you complete and submit the online Test Registration Form by the closing date (registration is provisionally set between 8th May and 13th June 2015).  We are unable to accept late test registrations.

Local Priority Areas

Before you register for our Entrance Exam and/or Music Tests please ensure your child’s permanent home address is within one of the listed areas below. Children from outside of these areas are not eligible to be considered under these criteria and therefore cannot take our tests.
